Oğul Görgülü is an autonomous maritime systems designer and deep-tech entrepreneur specializing in sustainable innovation, system design, and AI-driven unmanned surface vehicles. As Türkiye Ambassador at Chinar Quantum AI, he supports national outreach, ecosystem partnerships, and interdisciplinary quantum-tech initiatives.

He is the CEO of Vessel X in Türkiye and Malta, leading R&D, prototyping, marine design, and product development for autonomous vessels that combat marine pollution. With experience across architecture, product design, biomaterial research, and marine tech, he integrates engineering, creativity, and environmental impact.
